20, 2026, for its 11th edition. After the national and continental selections, 12 teams will compete at Sigep for the world title in Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate, and Haute Cuisine competitions. <\/p>\n<p>Each team selected throughout the year is made up of an <strong>ice cream maker, a pastry chef<\/strong>, and a chef led by a <strong>team manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>artistic jury<\/strong> will consist of the Team Managers of the competing teams, supported by expert judges in the fields of gelato, pastry, and haute cuisine.
