The Grand Final will take place from January 16 to 20, 2026 at Sigep \u2013 Italian Exhibition Group, Rimini. Following the<strong> Gelato Asia Cup in Singapore<\/strong> \u2013 which saw Japan, Singapore, and South Korea qualify \u2013 and the <strong>Gelato Europe Cup in Rimini<\/strong> \u2013 which selected Germany, France, Italy, and Belgium \u2013 <strong>the next stop will be the<\/strong> <strong>Gelato China Cup, held during Sigep China, from April 24 to 26, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This key stage will determine the fourth Asian team to represent China at the 2026 World Final. After the great success of the inaugural Chinese selection in 2023, the 2nd edition of the Gelato World Cup \u2013 China Selection promises to deliver even more <strong>talent<\/strong>, <strong>creativity<\/strong>, and <strong>innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the organizing committee will be President <strong>Sergio<\/strong> <strong>Colalucci<\/strong> and Commissioner <strong>Sergio<\/strong> <strong>Dondoli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Participants \u2013 among the country\u2019s top gelato artisans \u2013 will compete in high-level technical and artistic challenges to earn a spot in the World Final.<\/p>\n<p>As preparations continue for the global finals this coming January, the 11th edition will feature teams made up of four key roles: a <strong>Team<\/strong> <strong>Manager<\/strong>, a <strong>gelato<\/strong> <strong>artisan<\/strong>, a <strong>pastry<\/strong> <strong>chef<\/strong>, and a <strong>chef<\/strong> \u2013 combining culinary tradition and innovation in a unique synergy.<\/p>\n<p>The event is organized by <strong>Gelato &amp; Cultura<\/strong> in partnership with Sigep of <strong>IEG Exhibition Group<\/strong>, long-standing promoters of a competition that has become a global benchmark in the artisanal gelato sector.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe Gelato World Cup is much more than a competition: it\u2019s an international stage where talent, technique, and creativity come together to celebrate the excellence of artisanal gelato,\u201d says Sergio Colalucci, President of the Gelato World Cup. \u201cOur goal is to highlight the professionalism of the teams and promote a forward-thinking culture that bridges the artisanal identity of Italian gelato with emerging global trends.
