The teams challenged themselves in many trials. Decorated Gelato Cups based on chocolate flavours; Gelato Cake; Decorated Gelato Pan; Gelato cone. And the artistic trials: a decoration for Grand Buffets made by Fiordilatte Gelato and a decorated sugar baseboard.
