GELATO WORLD CUP - 12TH EDITION - RIMINI, ITALY - JANUARY 2028
The teams competed in several competitions. Decorated Tabletop Ice Cream Cups: An assortment of chocolate-flavored ice creams with cocoa bases and coatings (white, milk, dark), optionally accompanied by other flavors. Ice Cream Cake: An ice cream cake with optional additions of semifreddo, fruit slices, crunchy biscuits, sponge cake, candied fruit, etc.; Decorated Sales Tub: A free-form decoration for a tub of single-flavor ice cream, ready for display in the display case. Ice Cream Cone: One ice cream cone for each judge, plus one for presentation, in a single flavor, with any shape and garnish. Artistic Presentation Pieces: A fiordilatte-flavored centerpiece for large buffets, plus a sugar baseboard.
