GELATO WORLD CUP - 12TH EDITION - RIMINI, ITALY - JANUARY 2028
The chef has become an integral part of the CMG team since joining the ranks of gelato makers, ice sculptors, and pastry chefs in 2012.
This celebrates gastronomic gelato, a new must-have for restaurants and gelato shops, combining professionalism and unity. This includes the Gelato in Tavola event, where gelato makers and chefs created gelato for each dish (starter and main course) that had to harmonize with the chef’s creation. The team also suggested the wine to pair with each dish.
