Teams: Argentina, Brasil, France, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, USA.
Each team has 3 Gelato Makers and a team manager, member of the Jury Panel. Eliseo Tonti is the jury president for the 2006 edition, with the help of the MOF Gabriel Paillasson.
The Gelato World Cup has many challenges: decorated Gelato cup (chocolate flavour); Gelato cake (min. 2 different flavours); decorated Gelato pan; decorated Gelato cone (one flavour). And then the artistic trials: a decoration for Grand Buffets made by Fiordilatte Gelato and a decorated sugar baseboard for the Gelato cake. Each team chooses its main theme.
