GELATO WORLD CUP - 12TH EDITION - RIMINI, ITALY - JANUARY 2028

A new format and new rules for the 10th edition of the Gelato World Cup which took place in Rimini from 20 to 22 January 2024.
After the national and continental selections, 11 teams competed at Sigep in 10 competition tests: Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate and Ice Sculpture.
A great event which saw the victory of the Italian team and two revelations on the podium: second to South Korea and third to Hungary, both led by two professional women in the world of ice cream.
The X Edition of the Gelato World Cup ended, first place for Italy, on the podium with South Korea and Hungary, second and third respectively. The victory was decreed by an international jury that evaluated the taste and that of the team managers who took care of the artistic aspect. There are two jury presidents, four race commissioners.
