A brand new format: 5 continents will compete at the 2023 Gelato World Cup.
Following the national and the continental trials, the best 5 teams will land in Sigep Rimini to take part in the 5 trials: Gelato, Pastry and Chocolate making, Ice Sculpture and Haute Cuisine.
