A comporre ciascuna squadra un gelatiere, uno chef, uno scultore di ghiaccio e un pasticciere guidati da un team manager che si confronteranno su sette prove di gara: coppa decorata, torta gelato, mignon di gelato al cioccolato, mystery box, gelato gastronomico e sculture in ghiaccio e in croccante.
